Warranty Policy

Warranty Statement
ODSEVEN guarantees to provide accurate descriptions and high quality products. If Customer has any problems with any executed purchase order, please notify ODSEVEN within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Warranty Period
Warranty Period of product sold by ODSEVEN is 1 year as of the date of delivery.

ODSEVEN will provide economic compensation to replace or repair the product for free if the damage are due to reasons including raw materials, designation, or manufacturing process.

ODSEVEN guarantees to repair and replace the product under reasonable charges to the customer if the product’s damage meets Warranty Policy.
